We have developed a series of recipe booklets with the aim to increase customer awareness of our range of products. The niche vegetables we supply are often not staples on the shopping lists of the British public, so we’ve developed some simple but impressive dishes to encourage more people to try them. The booklets also contain information about storing and preparing produce to help them get the most out of their new discovery.
