The supermarkets of the UK are our main customers, but we do a fair amount of trade with wholesale markets too.
We make sure our name counts for quality products and reliability, with value for money and good service for our customers important to our way of working. Growers should find DGM a great partner to work with as a marketing agent and packer, and we focus on long-term relationships over spot-purchase seasonal operations.
DGM Growers is part of M&W Mack Ltd. This means we’re also part of the Fresca Group of fresh produce businesses.
Our Vegetables
We grow UK chard, chicory, celeriac, courgettes and fennel. We have long standing relationships with our growers in the UK and Europe, based on commitment and trust which delivers the highest standards possible. Our ambition is to widen our UK portfolio through innovation and technology

Our Farming
Vegetable production in the UK is a complicated business, involving greenhouses, polytunnels and field production. We’ve been growing chicory in special ‘forcing’ rooms since 1983 and since 2010 we’ve been farmers in field-grown vegetables.
We want to share our passion for fruit and veg, our Curious brand is committed to offering the highest quality fresh produce which is delicious, nutritious and picked by experts.

Fresca is the UK’s largest independent supplier of fresh produce, with numerous member companies and Group sales in excess of £450m. The largest customers for Fresca are the multiple retailers, with wholesale markets, airlines, caterers, foodservice operators and cruise ships also part of the customer picture.
